Midterm Exam

The midterm exam will take place over two class periods:

• Part I on Wednesday, October 7
• Part II on Friday, October 9

Instructions

For the midterm exam, you will be provided with an RMarkdown file and a datatset. These files will become available for download on Canvas during the corresponding class time. You must upload the “knitted” PDF to Canvas when you complete the exam.

You are allowed to use resources like class notes, textbook, and internet forums. You are NOT allowed to use AI tools to complete the exam. During the class period, there will be a Canvas discussion board for the midterm exam where you and your classmates can ask each other for help (think of this as your own StackOverflow).
